Cay Cassady

With 35 years’ experience in the interior design and furniture industry, Cay has worked in many aspects of the design business. Starting as an intern in an interior design shop in Lexington, Kentucky, she developed an appreciation for textiles from her mentor who was a textiles major.. To this day, Cay has a passion for beautiful fabrics and textiles.

As life changes happen, shortly after her interning Cay was approached to be a manufacturer’s representative in Kentucky, Tennessee and Alabama. She sold high end lighting, accessories and upholstery to the interior design and furniture trade for the next 20 years..

Deciding to come full circle, Cay returned to interior residential design field. where she has completed jobs from Florida to South Carolina to Chicago and more. Her specialty is designing classic homes with an emphasis on the client's comfort and visual aesthetics in mind.
